1 c. cooked cubed chicken
3 T. flour
3 T. butter
Salt and pepper
1/2 med. onion, diced
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 c. milk
1 c. cooked wild rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan and saute onion and celery until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth and milk. Stir until thickened. Add rice and chicken. Simmer or place in crock pot.
