1 small head of cabbage cut into 1/2" shreds, 1 - 16 oz. box bowtie pasta, 1 large onion sliced, 1 clove garlic chopped, 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes, 3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta til al dente. In large deep skillet heat oil and butter, add onion, garlic, cabbage and hot pepper flakes. Cook over medium high heat til onions and cabbage are tender. Add pasta and serve.
