1 lb. ground beef
small onion
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. frozen corn
1 can red kidney beans
1/2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Season with chili powder, garlic salt, salt & pepper
1 pkg. cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion., Add tomato sauce, vegetables and seasonings. Place in 9x13 pan. Mix corn bread according to directions and place on top of casserole in small dollops. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cornbread looks done.
