1cup sugar, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup oil, 2 eggs, 2 cups shredded zucchine, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, and 1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, oil and eggs, add zucchine. Mix dry ingredients and add to zucchine mix. Add walnuts and raisins. Put in greased loaf pan. Bake 350 for 55 - 60 minutes or until done.
