1/4 lb of German Sweet Chocolate
2 1/2 tsp water
2 egg yolk beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs confectioners sugar
2 stifly beaten egg white
2 cup of heavy cream
1 box Vanilla Wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 cakes of German Sweet Chocolate in double boiler. Stir until melted. Add 2 1/2 tsp of water and blend. Remove from heat and add 2 egg yolks beaten to chocolate. Add vanilla beating vigoruously until blended. Add confectioners sugar stir until blended. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white and 2 cup of cream. Beat separately and fold in.
Line bowl with vanilla waffers. Pour in chocolate mixture covering vanilla waffers. Chill in refrigerator 12 to 24 hours.
