3 cup flour
3 stick of butter (room temperature)
1 cup 7- Up
2 1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon extract
5 egg (room temperature)
1 bundt or tube cake pan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray bundt or tube cake pan with butter flavor cooking spray and lightly flour all sides and bottom of pan.
Cream butter and sugar in mixer for 20 minutes. Beat in 1 egg at a time. Add salt and lemon extract. Gradually add flour alternating with 7 -Up slowly. Option to add 1/8 tsp of yellow food color. Bake in oven for 1 hour. Cool on rack. (tip..place cool towel under pan while cool). After cool turn over on cake dish.
