2 c. bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/4 c. melted butter with 1/2 tsp. garlic mixed in

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Mix bisquick and milk in a bowl until blended. Gently stir in cheese. Drop by big spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutesTake out of oven and brush with the garlic butter. Return to oven and bake for a couple more minutes. Biscuits should be quite brown on top otherwise they won't be cooked in the center..

These are like Red Lobster biscuits at home. They go well with everything but they are great with chili. You can use whatever cheese you have on hand. I use colby-jack most of the time.
