1-2 # browned stew meat 1 chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 3-4 potatoes cut-up (par-boiled) 2 T. brown sugar 1 mixed pkg. brown gravy 2 T. quick Tapioca 1 c. sliced carrots 1 pt. tomatoes 1 t. salt 1 c. frozen peas
Brown stew meat with onion and celery. Place all ingredients except peas in crockpot and cook on low for 5 hours. Add frozen peas before serving.
