10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pint small curd cottage cheese
1 pound grated jack cheese
2 cans (4 oz) diced green chiles, drained
1 cube butter, melted and cooled
Red pepper flakes if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add flour, baking powder, cheeses and butter.
Stir until smooth. Stir in chiles.
If you like food with a kick, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes (the red & green make for a nice Christmas appetizer)
Pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
