1 c. white sugar
1 c. sour milk or buttermik
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. soda
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
2 large cups rhubarb, cut fine


1/2 c. sugar

1 t. cinnamon

Cream sugars and shortening. Add egg, vanilla, milk & soda. Stir in flour & salt. Stir in rhubarb. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
