Crust: Filling: 1 c. butter 12 oz. cream cheese 2 c. flour 3 eggs 4 T. water 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. almond extract
Mix crust ingredients and pat in 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350º. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and almond. Beat three minutes. Pour over crust and bake 25-30 minutes at 350º until knife comes out clean. Frost with powdered sugar frosting with 1/2 t. almond extract. Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
