Refrigerated Pizza Dough
1 pkg frozen spinach (squeezed dry)
1 pkg Ricotta (can use low fat)
1 cup Parmesan, grated
1 egg
oregano
parsley
cheddar & mozzerella, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough thin. Mix spinach and all ingredients except cheddar and mozzerella. Can make in pie pan with pizza crust, fill with spinach mix, then cheeses on top OR roll thin and make on pizza pan. bake till light brown.
