Cake:
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
2 apples (chopped fine)
1 pear (chopped fine)

Topping:
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. margarine
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add vanilla and eggs and beat well. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together. Add to egg mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in the pear and apples.

Grease a 9" x 13" pan and pour in the cake mixture, spreading out evenly. Combine ingredients for topping and spread on top of batter. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
