Ingredients:  
1 to 2 chicken breasts - boiled and shredded
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 pkg. Top Ramen, crushed, not seasoning
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds

DRESSING
1/2 c salad oil, or olive oil
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. accent (optional)

Everything above can easily be doubled for larger quantity.

Mix salad ingredients, then add dressing and mix well. Its best if allowed to set overnight in the refrigerator.
