* 1 c. sugar
* ¾ c. white vinegar
* ½ c. canola or olive oil
* 1 tbs. water
* 1 tsp. each salt and pepper

* 1 lg. can French cut green beans (drained)
* 1 lg. can English peas (drained)
* 1 lg. can white or yellow corn (drained)
* 1 sm. jar diced pimento
* 1 diced green, yellow or red pepper
* 1 cup diced celery
* 1 bunch diced green onion (I usually use ½ bunch)

1. Mix and bring to boil:

* 1 tsp. each salt and pepper

2. Let cool and pour over:
* 1 lg. can French cut green beans (drained)
* 1 lg. can English peas (drained)
* 1 lg. can white or yellow corn (drained)

*** Make AT LEAST 12 hours in advance (refrigerate).
