1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
dash sea salt
ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the ingredients, whisking briskly for about 2 minutes. Taste and add more sugar or salt if needed. Serve over mixed greens salad. This dressing is very light, but tasty.
