2 T. butter
1 tsp. sugar
2 cans Hunts tomatoe sauce
1 1/4 lbs. ground chuck
8 oz. pkg egg noodles
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1 3oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 green onions
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and Pepper to taste

In butter, brown ground meat and crumble into small pieces. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and sugar. Add tomatoe sauce and simmer for 30 min. Cream together sour cream and cream cheese and green onions (chopped fine). Boil noodles. Put layer of noodles in bottom of buttered casserole, then cheese mixture, then meat mixture. Repeat until all gone. Finish by covering with grated cheddar cheese. Cover and bake for 30 min. or until bubbles in 350 oven.
