1 head baby bib lettuce (washed) 10-12 oz. Brie Cheese (soft) 1 jar sundried tomato past 1 bottle balsamic vinegar
Clean and take apart leaves of lettuce place a piece of cheese on each lettuce, then add 1 tspn. paste and fold holding each wrap with a toothpick. Pour vinegar into a small jar for dipping. Enjoy with your favorite wine or homemade lemonade.
