1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or raspberry gelatin
1 can #2 crushed pineapple
16 marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) pkg. white cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tall can milnot (evaporated milk)

Directions:
Directions:
In top of double boiler (or over very low heat in saucepan) combine gelatin, pineapple and marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are melted and gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted; stir in nuts and cranberries. Chill until mixture starts to thicken; blend in milnot. Pour into mold (8 c.) or large dish; chill thoroughly. Unmold and serve on salad greens.
