1 taza cáscara de naranja confitada cortada en cuadritos
¾ taza nueces un poquito trozadas
½ taza de mantequilla blanda
¾ taza de azúcar
2 huevos
ralladura de 1 naranja
2 cucharadas de licor de naranja (Grand Marnier u otro)
2 tazas harina
1 ½ cucharadita de polvo de hornear
¼ cucharadita sal

Cernir juntos por una vez harina, polvo de hornear y sal.
Tostar las nueces en el horno.
Batir con cuchara de madera la mantequilla e irle incorporando el azúcar batiendo hasta formarlo como pomada. Agregar los huevos, seguir batiendo y luego el Grand Marnier (u otro), ralladura de naranja, cáscara de naranja confitada y mezclar todo. Agregar el harina, mezclar todo junto y finalmente las nueces. Va a resultar una masa algo especita.

Armar 2 rollitos (como salchichones) sobre placa enmantequillada y enharinada y llevar al horno precalentado de 350 ºF por m/m 30 min. retirarlos del horno cuando estén doraditos y blanditos y con un cuchillo filudo (no serrucho) cortarlos en tajadas un poco en diagonal (por dentro lucirán blanditos) llevarlos nuevamente al horno volteados, sobre placa gruesa para que terminen de secar, sin que doren demasiado.
Una vez fríos guardarlos en frascos herméticos.
