1 c. sugar 1 egg 2 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. orange juice 2 Tbs. water 2 Tbs. melted butter 1/2 c. sliced cranberries 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Beat egg and add sugar. Add dry ingredients alternately with orange juice and water. Add melted butter, then cranberries and nuts. Bake 1 hr and 10 min. at 325º. Cool Wrap in foil. Store in fridge or freeze.
