2 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 - 10 c. corn - cut off cob (raw)

Directions:
Directions:
Husk and wash fresh corn; cut raw corn off the cobs. Bring water to boiling. Add rest of ingredients. Cook a couple of minutes (3-4 minutes). Cool and drain. Bag and freeze.
