5 med. potatoes peeled and diced
1 onion cut up
1 lb. Polish sausage cut up
1 clove garlic minced
1-16 oz. sauerkraut with caraway seeds
1 T. dill
1 c. hot water
1 c. sour cream
1 T. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingred., bring to boil and simmer
until potatoes are tender. Add sauerkraut and dill, heat well and remove from heat.

Stir together 1 c. hot water, sour cream, and flour; add to soup and stir to blend. Heat until hot but not boiling.
Adjust seasonings.
