2 egg white- stiff
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 C. Sugar add slowly
1 6 oz. pkg of melted Tollhouse Chocolate bits
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 C. shredded Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
To stiff egg whites add salt and slowly add sugar with electric mixer -beat until not grainy.
(then rest is done by wooden spoon)
FOLD in melted chocolate and the vanilla extract
FOLD in coconut.
Onto a greased cookie sheet, drop by wooden spoonfuls (not heaping but good sized-cookie will be about the size of a childs hand when cooked. )
cook in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes at 325
remove from tray and cool on brown paper bag to get the fat off the bottom

keep cool but not refrigerated
Do not store in an airtight container.
