6 eggs
1 ½ Cups of Milk
2 Tablespoons Sugar
½ Teaspoon of Vanilla
¼ Teaspoon of Salt
16 Slices of Thick French bread
1 Can of Strawberry of Cherry Pie filling
8 oz of Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, and sugar, vanilla and salt. Butter a 9X13 pan. Spread Cream Cheese on 8 slices of bread, and then place in the pan. Cover all slices with canned filling. Lightly spread butter on tops of the last of the 8 slices of bread and place butter side up over the filling. Pour egg mixture over bread slices to cover all. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350 till top is golden brown. Approx. 30 minutes. (Extra filling and cream cheese may be added to taste)
This can be made the night before and refrigerated.
