1 can (12 oz) pink salmon undrained. 1/4 c minced green onions. 1 egg, 1 tbsp chopped dill. 1 clove minced garlic, 1/2 c of all-purpose flour, 1-1/2 tsp baking power, 1-1/2 c of vegetable oil, Lemon wedges.

Directions:
Drain salmon but save the liquid. mix salmon2 tbsp of liquid, green onions, egg, dill and garlic. Mix Well. Add flour and baking powder mix in with salmon. Shape into 6 patties.
heat oil to 350º and cook patties until golden brown on both sides. Removed and drain on paper towels. Serve with lemon wedges
