2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2/3 Cup Shortening
1 Egg
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugar, add egg and beat well. Add the rest of the ingrediants and roll into balls. Roll balls in sugar and bake at 400 for 8-10 mins.
