1 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Peanut Butter
3 Cups Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Pkg. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix. Add peanut butter. Mix and add dry ingredients. Grease a mini muffin pan (or use mini muffin liners). Roll dough into balls and place 1 ball in each muffin cup. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes. While still hot, place 1 peanut butter cup in each cookie. Remove when cool.
