1 Cup Margerine
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Banana, mashed (approximately 2)
1-1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1-1/2 Cups Oatmeal
1 Cup nuts, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and bananas. Mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients, oatmeal and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes (or less).
