1 Devil's Food or Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1 C. Water
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1/3 C. Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease sides and bottom of two-8 inch cake pans (or a 9x13 inch cake pan). Flour lightly.
Blend all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl at low speed for 30 seconds, or until moistened. Beat at medium speed for another 2 minutes. Pour batter into pans and bake for 35-38 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pans on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool completely.
Frost with Cinnamon Coffee frosting or your favorite frosting.
