2 C. Flour
1 C. finely chopped Gumdrops of assorted colors, except black (~6 oz.)
1/2 C. chopped Pecans
4 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Water
2 C. packed Brown sugar
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Salt
Icing:
3 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. grated Orange peel
2 Tbsp. Orange juice
Sifted Powdered sugar
Additional sliced Gumdrops

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly stir together flour, finely chopped gumdrops, and chopped pecans; set aside.
In medium bowl beat together eggs and water until foamy. Gradually add brown sugar, beating until mixture is light. Beat in cinnamon and salt.
Stir gumdrop-flour mixture into brown sugar mixture.
Spread in a greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan.
Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes.
Icing:
In a saucepan melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in grated orange peel and orange juice. Stir in enough sifted powdered sugar to make a thin icing, blend until mixture is smooth. Spread icing over warm bars.
Cool; cut into bars. If desired, garnish each bar with a few sliced gumdrops.
