3 1/2 c flour
3 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 c (2 sticks) margarine
1 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 t milk
2 t vanilla
3/4 c oil
1 1/4 c Corn Flakes
3/4 c oats
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Sift flour, baking soda, and salt in bowl. Set aside.
Beat together margarine, brown sugar, and sugar. Add egg, milk, and vanilla.

Stir in dry ingredients, alternatively with oil.

Mix in Corn Flakes, oats, and chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

I always freeze some and we eat them when we need a sweet treat during the week. The are great frozen/cold...I know it sounds strange!!
