2 lb of ground beef, 1 c of corn flakes, 2 eggs, 1/2 c of chopped fresh parsley, 1/3 c ketchup, 3 tbsp of minced onions, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 cloves of garlic (minced), 1 tsp pepper sauce, 16 oz canned jellied or whole canberry sauce, 12 oz chili sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice

Combine ground beef, corn flakes, parsely, eggs, ketchup, onion, soy sauce, garlic and pepper sauce. Mix well and form small balls 1/2" to 3/4" in diameter. Place on large sheet pan in single layer. bake for 30-45 minutes at 300. Drain grease and transfer meatballs into crockpot. While meatballs are cooking, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice in a large sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Pour over meatballs in cockpot. Keep warm until serving.
