1 Roasted Chicken, remove meat, shred
1 Onion, chopped
1 Tsp. Garlic, minced
1 Green Pepper, chopped
8 oz. Frozen Peas and Carrots
1 Sm. Can Mushroom Stems and Pieces
1 (10-1/2oz.) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Sesame Oil
1-1/2 Cups Water
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
4 to 6 Cups Rice, cooked

Sauté vegetables together in small amount of oil in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
