2 Eggs
1/2 Tsp. Salt
5 Tbsp. Oil
1 Cup Green Onions, chopped
4 Cups Rice, cooked, cold
2 Tbsp. Chicken Broth
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
2 Tsp. Sesame Oil
1 Cup Frozen Peas and Carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs and salt, scramble in 2 tablespoons of the oil, and set aside. Heat remaining oil and add rice, onions, and peas and carrots. Stir fry 5 minutes. Add remaining
ingredients and heat. Mix in scrambled eggs. May also add your favorite diced meat.
