3 c. of Minute Rice
3 cans of Consumme Beef (Campbell's)
1 1/2 cans of water
6-8 pork chops
Pam spray
paprika
Crisco or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray Pam in the bottom of pan (13x9 or larger) and then pour the rice in the pan and spread evenly. Pour beef broth over the rice. Brown the pork chops in Crisco or butter and place them in the pan over the rice. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 1 hour. Garnish with paprika.
