2 cups crushed potato chips
3 lb. fryer
1/3 c. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crush one 4-0z. bag of potatoe chips (2 c. crushed) ; add 1/4 tsp. garlic salt and dash pepper. Select a 3 lb. ready to cook fryer, cup up. Dip pieces in 1/3 c. melted butter, roll in chip mixture. Place pieces, skin side up and not touching, in greased jelly-roll pan. Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs. Bake at 375º for 1 hour or until done. Do not turn.
