2 lbs. yellow squash
1 onion, diced
1 coarse grated carrot
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo
1/2-3/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1/2 onion to squash, boil until tender, drain well.

In pot, mix oleo, sour cream, onion, soup, carrots and dressing with squash and onion.

Put in greased pan. Sprinkle with dressing, grate cheese on it. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to one hour.
