1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. ranch dressing
2 cans white shoepeg corn(undrained)
1 can pinto beans (drained and washed)
3 cans stewed tomatoes (cut tomatoes)
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot brown ground beef and onion. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and allow to simmer on low for about one hour.

Top with avacado slices, sprinkle of cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, dollop of sour cream.

Great for holidays. Suggested serve with cornbread, hot tamales.
