1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 sweet green pepper
2 large tomatoes diced OR 1 med can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp. capers (optional)
10 -12 stuffed olives
2 heaping tbsp. raisins
Salt & Pepper for taste
Olive Oil to brown meat

Brown meat in olive oil, add onion, sweet pepper, salt & pepper and garlic as meat is browning. Cook a few minutes and add tomatoes. Cook 15 minutes on low to medium, stirring when needed. Add bay leaves, capers, olives and raisins; cook about 15 minutes longer. Serve with rice and veggies. Best with black beans and rice.
