1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 - 2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 - 2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. nutmeats (optional)
1 - 16 oz. can cream cheese frosting

Cream sugar, shortening, and eggs. Blend in bananas. Add dry ingredients, sifted together. Alternately with sour milk, mix in vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost with can of cream cheese frosting.
(1 - 16 oz. can will frost 6 cupcakes and 1 pan of bars.)
