1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, or margarine
11 oz. box of Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt together chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter, and butter (or margarine). Pour over Crispix cereal in a large bowl. Mix well. Place mixture in brown grocery bag; add powdered sugar and shake well, till all pieces are coated.
NOTE: In the box of Crispix, there are 12 oz. I use the whole box, and then put a "heap" on the first 4 ingredients.
ALSO: 2 cups of powdered sugar doesn't seem to be enough. Those pieces stuck together. I separated them and added more powdered sugar - use your own judgment.
