3 c. sauerkraut
1 green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 small can pimento, drained and chopped

1 c. white vinegar
2 cups sugar
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauerkraut, green pepper, onion, celery, and pimento in large mixing bowl. Put vinegar, sugar, and oil in saucepan, and bring to boil. Let cool, and pour over vegetables. Cover tightly, and store in refrigerator overnight. Keeps 2-3 weeks.
