1 chicken fryer, cut up (seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika)
3 T. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. regular rice
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup with enough water to make 2 c.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery and rice until onions and celery are slightly brown; mix in liquid and lay chicken on top. Cover with foil and cook 1 hour at 400º, then remove foil and let cook 15-20 minutes longer until chicken is lightly browned.
