1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Cream together margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, salt and vanilla. Add soda and flour sifted together. Add bananas and nuts. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until done for large loaf pan - 45 minutes or less for medium loaf pan.
