4 pork chops 3 to 4 baking potatoes 1 can condensed mushroom soup 1 c. water (or 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. milk) 1 onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
Lightly grease a casserole dish and place pork chops on bottom. Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Spread over chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend soup and liquid and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake 1 hour or more at 350º.
