ham slices
milk gravey
mashed potatos
sliced lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Fry up slices of ham in a skillet. Remove and set aside. In ham drippings make a milk gravey using flour, milk, salt & pepper to taste.

To assemble:

Put serving of potatos on plate, then add lettuce, pour gravey over top and stir completly making a "dog's mess". Serve with sliced ham.

This was a favorite for the Lauer family and Dick and Linda were growing up and served often at home in Indiana. This was passed down from previous "Lauer" generations.
