1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine
1 quart sweetened cooked fruit (any fruit is good berries too).

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well first 5 ingredients. Melt margarine in 9X12" pan. Spoon fruit over batter. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with milk, cream or ice cream
