2 pounds lean ground chuck or a combination of 1 pound chuck, 1/2 pound ground pork, and 1/2 pound ground veal
2 cups Italian bread crumbs or hard bread
4 large eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt and dash of pepper
1 minced onion

Directions:

Soak bread in cold water, squeeze out. Combine all ingredients and mix well with hands. Form into balls of desired size. Place meatballs on lightly greased pan. Bake at 400º for about 15 minutes. Drain on paper towel and simmer in your spaghetti sauce.
