8 to 10 medium sized potatoes
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
salt
butter
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and boil until tender, drain. Beat sour cream and softened cream cheese on medium speed until well blended. Gradually add hot potatoes, beating until light and fluffy.

Season to taste with salt. Spoon into buttered 2 quart casserole. Brush top with softened butter and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Brown in 350º oven for 30 minutes.
